About Michael Dibua

Michael Emeka Dibua obtained his law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria, in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

In July 2004, he completed his Masters Degree in Law from Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom.

Prior to setting up this practice, Michael has had experience as in house counsel in banking and has had extensive experience in relationship management, debt collection and litigation as well as loss control, risk management and compliance.

Michael’s approach to the practice of law is one that is motivated by the provision of honest and dedicated legal representation, where the best interest of the client, within the best outcome scenario drives his delivery of legal services.

Michael is upfront and straightforward with his clients about their chances because managing client’s expectations is a key component of how Michael works. If there is no path to a successful outcome, Michael is bold with that truth, because to Michael, at the end of the day, cost effective representation is as integral to practice as being successful in a case.

Michael is also heavily involved in the community, pouring into the youth and providing mentorship and support to the next generation.

Michael is pan African and is fervent about touching the lives of the common people back home in his native Nigeria and is and continues to be part of successful projects which have impacted the lives of common ordinary people in Nigeria.
